หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop and implement trade marketing plans for key channels and customers in alignment with brand strategy and sales objectives
• Manage trade marketing budget and ensure spending efficiency
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats within trade channels
• Prepared and monitoring sales report. Analyze the effectiveness of trade marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights.
• Plan, design and execute promotional activities for products across various sales channels, including Modern Trade and Traditional Trade.
• Conduct an analysis of distribution channels to bring the product to market Analyze market trends, competitors and consumer behavior to develop effectively trade marketing strategies at the point of sale.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to drive sales and organize in-store activities such as displays, sampling and promotions.
• Develop and produce sales support materials, including promotional signs, shelf talkers and POSM (Point of Sale Materials).
• Manage the Trade Marketing budget to ensure maximum efficiency and return investment.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities and prepare reports to inform future strategy adjustments.
• Maintained enhance brand image within retail outlets to attract costumers and meet consumer expectations.
• Build strong relationship with key partners, such as 7-Eleven, Lotus, and distributors, to successfully implement promotional campaigns.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 3-5 years experiences in trade marketing or marketing fields. Experience working in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, especially with Modern Trade and Traditional Trade channels would be advantage.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
• Strong interpersonal skill to work and communicate effectively with channel, sales, marketing, procurement, and other key functional areas
• Ability to design creative and consumer-oriented promotional campaigns.
• Strong skills in market analysis, negotiation and project management.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to multitask effactively and flexible in working.
• Strong attitude and eager to learn new things.
