Facility and Utility Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1) Planning and execution of site facilities, plant & office, equipment preventive maintenance and improvement program: - Chiller Plant and Piping system - Water Treatment and supply - Boiler Plant and Steam supply - Air Compressor Plant and supply - Gas supply - Air Conditioning and AHU system - Ventilation and Exhaust System - Recycle Water Plant - Validation tool and machine - Improvement saving project 2)To ensure that the Preventive Maintenance program is fully and strictly in practice 3)To ensure that both office & plant utilities are maintained in the most efficient, trouble-free operation 4)Coordination with production department / others for the smooth operation of production and other activities 5)To develop team for skill and knowledge 6)To ensure that all activities are align with GxP, Health & Safety and Energy.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• -Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Facility Engineer, Industrial Engineer or related field -Experience 7 - 10 years in Facility and Utility system Good command of Spoken & Written in English, ----*--Computer literacy -Strong leadership, Team player and have motivation skills *** Have experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing will be an advantage***
