1. New product introduction and transfer from other sites or external contracted labs to implement in production scale. 2. Lead the evaluation, remediation and optimization of products and processes using statistical tools to ensure safety, quality, delivery and cost standards. 3. Evaluation alternative source of existing direct materials (Active ingredients, Excipients and packing materials) 4. Validate products to ensure commercial viability in accordance with regulatory requirements. 5. Establish process validation protocol and coordinate with team to conduct the validation. 6. Ensure that changes to existing processes or the introduction of new processes are carried out and documented according to approved change control procedures and in compliance with cGMP requirements. 7. Coordinate with RA and relevant functions to prepare supporting document for drug registration or updating regulatory dossiers. 8. Review Batch Manufacturing Record and Batch Packaging Record then proceed Batch Disposition process 9. Be part of team to conduct supplier audit and self-inspection/ internal audit regarding cGMP, GDP, GxPs, ISO/IEC 17025 and other regulatory requirements. 10. Create and update the Quality Document for GxPs compliance.

-Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Science with Pharmacist License. -Basic knowledge of statistic tools, regulatory (FDA), validation and documentation requirements for product development, commercial production and site transfer. -Experience 3-5 years in Pharmaceutical Manufacturer with at least 2 years in Research and Development or Technology transfer that relevant to drug product formulation
