หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

1.To organize quality management system and its processes to maintain documents and records to comply with GMDP PICS and ISO/IEC 17025. 2.Supervise and develop documentation controlling system and data integrity principle in order to complied with international standard and requirements. 3.Facilitate and improve personnel training system according to GxP and ISO/IEC 17025 requirements and also develop sustainable knowledge management program for pharmaceutical industry. 4.Manage and/or coordinate with team to establish proper training program and evaluation of personnel training to ensure that the training system is effective and the training records are maintained. 5.Collaborate with procurement and quality assurance team to conduct Supplier/Vendor Qualification and Audit, and manage to ensure that the Approved Vendor List is up to date. 6.Organize and maintain audit system for both external audit and internal audit to ensure that the system comply with international standard and GMDP PIC/S. 7.Supervise team for management of nonconformity, investigation and analysis root cause to ensure that the appropriate correction, corrective action and preventive action are in place. 8.Collaborate with team for implementation of quality risk management to ensure that the risk assessment, risk mitigation and risk remediation will be taken place. 9.Supervise and collaborate with team members to conduct Management Review. Collect data of management review input and output and finalize the management review report.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

-Bachelor’s degree. -Must have knowledge in GMP requirement. -Experience in Quality System, Document Control at least 5 years. -Have direct experience in Pharmaceutical or Healthy care manufacturing is preferred -Good command of spoken and written English -Work at Ayutthaya province.
