หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
Responsible review for overall AP,AR and GL i.e. Review payment voucher, COD, AR (Invoice)
Prepare AR, AP Balance Report including AR Aging Balance
Record accounts related to Accrued AR and Accrued AP Including adjusted trial balance
Review and Record accounts related to salary
Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliation
Reconciliation of bank statements against GL
Average VAT Input Tax
Reconciliation Tax report (VAT PP.30, PP.36) and Withholding tax report (PND.1, PND.3, PND.53, PND.54)
Performing the month-end closing process and reconciliation of ledgers.
Verify the revenue data in the system against the information provided by the departments where the INVOICE will be opened.
Open Invoice as various departments have confirmed the amount with the customer and sent the amount to open INVOICE.
