หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and provide technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions and requirements gathering with clients, focusing on software integration, APIs, cloud, and on-premise systems.
• Design and deliver tailored solution architectures, POCs (proof of concepts), and technical presentations/demos that illustrate the capabilities of proposed systems.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for internal delivery teams and vendors.
• Prepare technical documents such as technical presentations, Statements of Work (SOW), and Terms of Reference (TOR).
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, demonstrating expertise in software development lifecycles, integration patterns, and modern platforms (e.g., microservices, containers, DevOps).
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure feasibility and alignment with delivery capabilities.
• Stay current with technology trends in system integration, software engineering, cloud platforms, and enterprise architectures.
• Able to communicate in English

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in software development and/or presales within a technology or system integration environment.
• Strong understanding of programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, .NET, Python,react, node) and frameworks, APIs, and integration protocols (e.g., REST, SOAP).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
