Other Responsibilities Ensure full compliance to Hostel operating controls, policies, procedures and service standards. Handling customer complaints and other issues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction Responsible for checking social media and answering any questions. Responsible for posting updated videos and content on social media channels. Candidate must be - Guest-oriented and service-minded Have a customer oriented approach Have excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Team player Good organizational and time-management skills Provide Customer Service
