Bangrak Posted on 29-Mar-22 Job Highlights Service mind Friendly and approachable Willing to learn Job Description รายละเอียดงาน Internship of Guest Service Agent Responsibilities: · Greeting guests on arrival. · Undertaking front desk service duties. · Administering check-in and check-outs. · Assigning rooms and issuing keys. · Delivering mail and messages. · Processing guest payments and managing bills. · Coordinating with porters, concierge, kitchen staff and housekeeping. · Acting as a central source of information for guests during their stay. · Processing food and beverage requests. · Resolving problems and dealing with conflict or tension with disappointed guests. · Coordinating third-party services such as tour guides, taxis, airport transfers and rental cars. Things the intern will learn - - Prepare guest Registration card and check special request via email and booking. - Preregistration and blocking of rooms assignment. - Uses proper telephone etiquette, mail and message handling procedures. - Sell rooms, food and beverage and to promote other services. - Manage cafe set up and its service operation within the cafe including food and beverage. - Coordinates room status updates with housekeeping as well as kitchen operations. - Timely execute and manage task given appropriately - Enforcing strict hygiene standards in the cafe and kitchen and follow the rules of health and safety คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร Thai National Only Studying in hotel and tourism management or related field. Having status in university 3rd and 4th Year student. Have approval from University/College to work with cover letter from university with signature of advisor from university. Have a service mind and a friendly approach. Can be intern for minimum 2 months up to one year. Must be flexible with good Punctuality and team work skills. Very good in both verbal and written communication in Thai and English and inter-personal skill. General computer skills.
