Senior Facility Data Center Services Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Advanced Technical Oversight & Optimization • System Performance: Oversee the operation and maintenance of critical systems (Power, Cooling, Fire Suppression) to ensure maximum reliability and efficiency. • Efficiency Initiatives: Analyze operational data (PUE, EER) to identify and implement energy-saving initiatives and system optimizations. • Change Management: Review and approve Method of Procedure (MOP) and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents for critical works to minimize operational risk.
• 2. Strategic Vendor & Contract Management • Vendor Governance: Manage relationships with key service providers, ensuring that maintenance activities are executed according to the Statement of Work (SOW) and safety standards. • SLA Compliance: Audit vendor performance against contractual SLAs and KPIs. Lead regular performance review meetings with third-party partners. • Procurement Support: Assist in technical evaluations for new service contracts, equipment upgrades, and facility expansions.
• 3. Incident Leadership & Risk Mitigation • Incident Lead: Serve as the technical lead during critical facility incidents, coordinating emergency response and recovery efforts. • RCA Ownership: Lead the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process for all major facility issues, providing detailed technical reports and implementing long-term corrective actions. • Risk Assessment: Conduct regular site risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance with international standards (ISO 27001, Uptime Institute, TIA-942).
• 4. Mentorship & Reporting • Team Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and training to Junior Engineers and technicians to enhance the team’s overall competency. • Management Reporting: Prepare comprehensive Monthly/Quarterly Business Review (MBR/QBR) reports, translating technical metrics into actionable business insights for management.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 3–5 years of direct experience in Data Center Facility operations or High-Availability Critical Infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of N+1 and 2N power/cooling architectures, PLC/BMS logic, and mission-critical maintenance practices.
• Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex technical data and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading small teams or managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English for technical reporting and coordinating with international vendors/clients.
