ผู้จัดการแผนกทัวร์ Tour Manager Sale& Operation Tour (Inbound)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• -Manage the tour sales team in selling to achieve sales goals as assigned
• -Responsible for coordinating with the team and supervising the operations of one stop service
• -Sales, presenting travel programs.
• -Calculate costs until closing the sale
• -Design a tour program to suit the needs of the customer,
• - manage the tour according to the tour program.
• - Plan and organize training for sales staff new sales techniques
• -Collect data and report performance results to supervisors

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Good skills in speaking, listening, reading, and writing English. (Chinese speaking is an advantage)
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Tourism/Marketing or other related fields.
• 5 years experience In tourism ,travel Agent
• Have special abilities/specialized skills through the work of selling tour packages and operations He has done inbound tours before and has creative ideas for sales.
• Able to work under pressure, be honest, diligent and patient.
• good personality ,good human relations and passion for service (Service Mind)
