หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Report directly to the Service Center Manager - Central West. • Lead, motivate and empower a team of 17 Courier and Dispatch employees through the implementation of standard operations procedures and work instructions, supported by excellent people management practices, resulting in improved services, productivity, people and customer results. • Consistently exceed our customers’ expectations and operational standards for on time delivery performance at an optimised cost and zero tolerance in respect to loss and damage. • Create a positive and collaborative team environment by setting and regularly reviewing the achievement of team goals. • Monitor and manage reward and recognition schemes. • Analyse day-to-day results in the depot operations and take action to meet the depot targets for service quality, loss and damage reduction, at optimum costs, in cooperation with the line manager. • Communicate daily service issues to the team by proactively exchanging information relating to Courier, Operations, Customer Service and Sales. • Ensures driver driving skills are assessed at regular intervals, ensuring driving quality remain at the highest standard possible. • Plan and conduct regular coaching sessions with each employee and subcontractor where appropriate, including transaction monitoring, documentation and follow up. • Conduct employee counseling and disciplinary actions if required. • Effectively plan and monitor employee schedules and depot operations resources including subcontractors. • Drive a customer-focused culture by implementing and managing initiatives and tools that aim to deliver an excellent customer experience leading to customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention. • Implement management systems for CSR, H&S, and environmental standards.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • At least 1 year experience in transport supervisor role. • Good command of English, both written and spoken. • Computer literacy, especially in MS Office. • Strong people management and communication skills. • Assertive, result-oriented, service-minded and honest. • Good team player. • Able to work 6 days a week (Monday - Saturday), from 7.30 am to 6.30 pm or later.
