Achieve required production and productivity levels as defind by the management on daily basis
Response for safety of people working on the shop floor
Achieve 100% on time deliversies to customers by ensuring adherence to production plan
Maintain discipline on the shop floor
Accountable for quality defects that produced on day to day basis
Resposible for initiating actions to improve the product quality and achieve the same on day to day basis
Coordinate and control the different sectipons of production incharge to achieve the KPI's on a daily basis
Responsible for 5S on the shop floor
Train and develop the subsofinates to improve their capabiltiy
Take responds to internal Auditor and External Auditor
