Project Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Act as the day-to-day interface with clients and internal/external project teams. - Work closely with leaders to sustain and build long term, successful client relationships. - Manage client expectations through clear, concise communications, high quality response and meticulous coordination. - Drive projects according to agreed work scope, budgets, and schedules, proactively trouble shooting to pre-empt any problems, issues or contractual matters which need to be resolved, and actively coordinating their resolution. - Provide client interface, response, and communications, formulate, receive, and clarify project briefs, relay directions to the design team, and support client design presentations. - Ability to communicate critical design actions, responses and provide clear guidance to design teams, conveying all information exchanges and communications effectively to a successful outcome. - Provide project coordination services between all stakeholders/project team members through all stages of the project. - Mukti-task/work efficiently on multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced commercial design studio environment. - Work in a highly organized manner, proactively planning, tracking, organizing, and recording all work and time according to our studio systems, producing monthly project performance reports.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Thai nationality required. - Bachelor's degree or higher in Interior Design or Architecture. - At least 5 years of experience as a project manager or design manager - Good command of English preferable. Chinese also an advantage. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite as well as AutoCad/ Revit.
