Restaurant Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Oversee the Implementation of standards as detailed in the departmental standards and procedures manual
• Adhere to opening and closing procedures
• Ensure brand standards are adhered to and maintained
• Adhere to bill paying procedures
• Conduct effective shift briefings ensuring all staff are aware of VIPs, special occasions, daily specials; emphasis on upselling certain products; etc
• Handle guests complaints professionally
• Share recommendations and guest comments to Chef, Restaurant Manager and Food and Beverage Manager to reflect current customer profile
• Maintain good relations with other members of Food and Beverage including Kitchen, Stewarding
• Develop and implement Promotions Calendar for F&B products in restaurant
• Manage special event concepts
• All job assigned by Director of Food & Beverage

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• At least 3 years as a manager in a full service
• F&B experience working in a restaurant
• Fluent in Thai and English
