Assistant Brand Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop, manage and implement all marketing, advertising and promotional activities for the brand
• Assist in budgeting and responsible for achieving financial target including top line and bottom line income and expense management
• Consistently monitor & analyze business performance, market situation and competitors and provide an on-time action plan to ensure business objective achievement
• Key contact person driven to lead and coordinate with company’s department/business partners/ agency/ third parties on brands’ activities
• Assist management and work closely with R&D for new product development concept, strategy and launching to align with timeline
• Coordinate with internal team to oversee marketing activities, sales performance (online & offline), and stock management in order for brand to meet and exceed monthly sales target
• Analyze market data, sales, and marketing performance for monthly report
• Support all other company strategic activities and any other duties as required
• Drive sales on daily/weekly/monthly basis with team including initiate innovative actions to achieve the sales target

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related field
• At least 3 years of marketing experience (FMCG is preferred)
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify business opportunities
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Solid communication and presentation skills
• Proactive and has strong passion for the job
• Strategic thinking, creativity and proactive
• Good personality with people management skills
• Strong knowledge background in Brand Management, digital marketing, E-Commerce online marketing, Advertising, PR or related function is a plus
