General Manager (GM)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Oversee the overall operations of the business, including detailing services, PPF installation, customer service, sales, and workshop operations to ensure alignment with Topaz premium brand standards.
• Develop business strategies, operational plans, and sales objectives to drive revenue growth and overall business performance.
• Manage daily operations and ensure all services are delivered efficiently, professionally, and according to company quality standards.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including sales, workshop, detailing technicians, and administrative staff.
• Monitor financial performance, operational costs, profitability, and resource allocation to maximize business efficiency.
• Maintain excellent customer experience and ensure high customer satisfaction, especially for premium and high-end clients.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify business opportunities and improve company performance.
• Establish and maintain operational procedures (SOP), quality control processes, and service standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to strengthen brand image, increase market presence, and support business growth.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and operational issues professionally and effectively.
• Recruit, train, develop, and evaluate employees to build a high-performance team culture.
• Prepare management reports and present operational and business performance updates to executives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, or related fields
• Minimum 5–10 years of management experience in automotive, car detailing, luxury service, or related industries
• Strong leadership, business management, and operational management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong understanding of customer experience and premium service standards
• Knowledge of detailing, PPF, ceramic coating, or automotive services is highly preferred
• Ability to manage multiple departments and work under pressure
• Strong analytical and financial management skills
• Good command of English
