PRODUCTION and QC MANAGER for Furniture factory

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Managing and updating production Master Plan daily with all product status • Creating and distributing weekly production schedule • Creating and distributing weekly job list to all department heads • Managing all furniture flow, ensuring product moves through the various production stages in a timely and efficient manner • Inline QC production as it moves through different departments • Communicating with Warehouse Manager when factory stock levels are low • Communicating with Project Manager and Purchaser and Operations Manager to provide regular updates on lead-times and production status • Acting as liaison between staff and HR as needed • Communicating with Operations Manager when staffing levels need adjusting to avoid bottlenecks • Conducting interviews with new production staff and providing production staff with regular training • Working in close partnership with Operations Manager

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Thai national • At least Bachelor's Degree • 5+ years experience in Production management (preferably) in a furniture/wood manufacturing business; • Excellent technical skills in all or any of woodworking, veneering, finishing, detailing, spraying, metal patination • Good English skills (written and spoken) • Experience of Navision or other ERP system is a distinct advantage; • Other basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Hands-on, Energetic, detail oriented, and able to work under pressure • Strong problem solving skills • Able to work at our Bangsue Headquarters
