หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• A creative leader who will be responsible for designing and delivering world-class projects around South East Asia for our international clients. We are looking for a proactive candidate who will be responsible for the design and coordination of multiple Interior Design Projects in SouthEast Asia from concept to construction. Good command of English is required. • Research project location, local variables analysis and elements of inspiration. • Create main Concept and Design Development of the Interior Design. • Coordinate with clients, rest of consultants and technical teams. • Manage project timeline, deliverables, and resources. • Constant contact with product suppliers, materials, furniture, and equipment for latest information. • Develop projects with international design standards for delivery of high-quality spaces. • Elaborate technical details and construction drawings to international standards. • Site monitoring and supervision support as required for completion of the project.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Male / Female. Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture/Interior Design/Architecture or related fields. • 2-5 years’ experience for Interior Designer for International projects, hospitality, retail, office or commercial developments. • Welcome for new graduates, please submit your outstanding design portfolio to our e-mail as below (As prefered). • Strong sketching and hand drawing skills. • Advanced computer design skills. Ability to use AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop, Illustrator, Revit, 3D Modelling & Rendering is a must. (Lumion / Enscape) • Tracking latest design trends and passion for design quality and excellence. • Knowledgeable in latest world innovations and happenings in design industry. • Luxury Hospitality, Office and Retail preferred. • Good knowledge of materials, specs, and construction detailing. • Strong leadership, self-organization, and coordination skills. High integrity, problem solving and initiative. • Multi-taking and ability to handle few projects at the same time. • Good command of both spoken and written English. • Thai National only. 3 key points • Good communication skill in English. • Solid knowledge of technical details and construction drawings (Intermediate); Multiple skills set (Middle). • Commitment.
