หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Research project location, local variables analysis and elements of inspiration. • Create main Concept and Design Development of the architecture or masterplan. • Coordinate with clients, rest of consultants and technical teams. • Manage project timeline, deliverables, and resources. • Constant contact with product suppliers, materials, furniture, and equipment for latest information. • Develop projects with international design standards for delivery of high-quality buildings. • Elaborate technical details and construction drawings to international standards. • Site monitoring and supervision support as required for completion of the project.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related fields. • Strong advanced computer design skills. Ability to use AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop and Illustrator. • Parametric designer form finding skills with Revit and Rhino skills are an advantage. • Tracking latest design trends and passion for design quality and excellence. Knowledgeable in latest world innovations and happenings in design industry. • Commercial office, hospitality residential and/or retail experience preferred. • Good knowledge of local codes and regulations. • Strong leadership, self-organization, and coordination skills. High integrity, problem solving and initiative. • Good command of both spoken and written English. • Multi-tasking and able to handle few projects for the period of time. • Thai National only.
