หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Issue receipts, TAX invoices, and credit notes. Process daily bank reconciliation and record to accounting software. Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all received payments are accounted for and accurately recorded. Filling accounting document – invoices and correspondence necessary supporting document for accounting filling per policies and procedures. Prepare VAT report, Submit to Revenue Department, and revenue reconciliation with PP.30. Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures. Performing day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying and recording accounts payable data. Prepare TAX file – prepare the VAT, TAX invoices (PP.30 and PP.36) and withhold TAX (PND.3,53,54) based on the local TAX requirement. Conducting various other accounting and internal control activities such as account reconciliation and payable – related tasks. Month End and Year End closing to ensure compliance of financial statement and are recorded accurately and timely. Work closely and coordinate with other teams to ensure compliance with finance policies and procedures.
