หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Staff Management: Supervise and mentor restaurant staffs, including servers, hosts/hostesses, bartenders and support staffs, ensuring they provide exceptional service and adhere to company policies. • Customer Service: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns and feedback promptly and professionally. • Shift Coordination: Assist in the planning and coordination of daily shifts, ensuring proper staffing levels and smooth transitions between shifts. • Training and Development: Train new employees, conduct ongoing training sessions and provide coaching to enhance staff performance and customer interactions. • Quality Control: Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation and service to ensure consistency and adherence to established standards. • Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels, including ordering supplies and monitoring stick levels to prevent shortage. • Safety and Compliance: Ensure the restaurant complies with health and safe regulations and maintains a clean and organized environment. • Guest Relations: Foster positive relationships with customers, addressing special requests and ensuring their needs are met. • Financial Management: Assist in managing restaurant finances, including tracking expenses, revenue and profitability. • Problem Resolution: Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner. • Leadership: Lead by example, motivating and inspiring the team to provide exceptional service and exceed customer expectations. • Report Preparation: Assist in generating reports on restaurant performance and financial data as required be management.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred. • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role. • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. • Excellent customer service and communication abilities. • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. • Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software. • Understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance. • Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
