หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• •Work closely with technical team (internal and external) on all aspects of internal IT systems (email, collaboration tools, ERP, CRM, customer service, and other infrastructure) •Maintain deep technical and business knowledge of the technologies pertinent to internal IT systems •Main personnel for internal IT system training, administration, and support •Produce training materials for internal systems •Communicate with peers and other colleagues via e-mail, chat, telephone, and in person •Develop and review content for internal knowledge base articles •Act as a backup in providing expert hands-on technical training during customer onboarding •Act as a backup in responding to customer technical inquiries, with a sense of urgency and accuracy to maximize customer satisfaction, primarily via telephone and e-mail

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• •Experience in setting up modern IT infrastructure (email, collaboration tools, ERP, CRM, customer service, and other infrastructure) •Experience in training technical products / digital platforms / internal IT systems •Experience in producing training materials •Experience in general digital platform usage on various web browsers on PC/Mac and mobile apps (iOS and Android) •Experience in Windows 10/11 administration and operation • Networking / infrastructure administration • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills • Versed in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
