หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Prepare and submit documents, coordinate with customs brokers, and ensure to do the customs clearance correctly.
• Have knowledge of the law related about import and ready to process necessary import license.
• Prepare and update shipping Document and record history of customs clearance.
• Manage, cooperate with suppliers for import – export of quotation.
• Do import – export and delivery to Distribution center.
• Analyze product costs, verify customs clearance dates, and confirm product prices.
• Communicate and work with other departments. Especially, Account Department for payment process.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in business development, economics, or related field.
• Experience 3 years in purchasing, merchandising, logistics function.
• Require knowledge in retail business, logistics and customs clearance.
• Well organized, adaptable, and scheduled control.
• Communicating well in English, for the Japanese language at least N4 level.
