Responsible for Inbound, Outbound and Domestic shipment monitoring report with accuracy system execution
Arrange and collaborate with international/domestic forwarders, internal team to manage and resolve any Logistics and customs clearance related issues
Responsible for the coordination of incoming/outgoing shipment and daily dispatches as per requirements
Receives shipments from international/domestic forwarders including but not limited to checking the items received vs documentations
Responsible for providing accurate Inbound/outbound shipment status report to end user, Customer Service and Sales team for delivery status updating
Responsible for the coordination for Customer Goods Return, Scrap including prepare the required documentation, obtain all required approval internal/ external and reports with system execution
Responsible for managing domestic shipments done by internal despatchers or external carriers to customers
Responding to Customer Service or any internal team for delivery inquiries and follow customer complaints
Provides requested set of documents, PO and other documents related to invoices for dispatching
Reports no show shipments, preparing the AWB all the way to stickering and endorsement
Creating and updating files and filing documentation in appropriate files.
Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure proper product rotation.
Coordinate and prioritize daily activities, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping.

At least college graduate and Diploma in Logistics, International Trade or Supply Chain Management is preferred
Minimum of 2+ year experience in the same operations environment
Proficient with using computers, and MS Office Word and Excel and basic SAP
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Good spoken and written English.
