Platform Support

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Serve as third and fourth tier support for Charging Station Management Platform & End Customer Application • Create Service Request, troubleshoot and coordinate resolution with 3rd party providers and stakeholders to deploy interim & permanent solution • Coordinate with engineering team in root cause analysis & develop problem resolution plan (interim & permanent) • Coordinate with the Customer Experience team in communicating issue resolution status with the end user. • Implement configurations and support business processes in system change management. • Perform issue trend analysis to proactively prevent impact from system issues from causing wide-spread impact on the business and customer experience and develop targeted instructional material to reduce support requests and improve system usability • Analyze impact assessment for patch applying and testing of new versions of platform and application

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering – Communications, or related fields are preferred. • Work experience in related fields are preferred (0-2 work experience range) • Basic understanding of API (REST and SOAP), web/mobile application technology, and application development. • Basic understanding of Networking and GPRS/Wired connectivity. • Excellent communication and vendor management skills are required. • Experience in IoT technology & device integration will be advantageous. • Experience in EVSE, OCPP, and OICP will be advantageous. • Ability to communicate fluently in English is required. • Ability to communicate in Chinese will be advantageous.
