Head of Business Development & Fleet

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Business Development & Lead Generation • Identify and generate new fleet business opportunities across logistics, taxi, ride-hailing, delivery, corporate fleet, bus, truck, and transport operators.
• Feasibility Study & Business Case Development • Conduct feasibility studies for fleet charging projects, including location suitability, fleet demand, energy consumption, charger sizing, utilization forecast, investment requirement, payback, margin, and commercial risk.
• Deal Structuring & Commercial Negotiation • Design suitable commercial models such as charging-as-a-service, cost-plus model, revenue sharing, fixed service fee, subscription, charger rental, EPC, or hybrid structures
• Client Consultation & Solution Design • Act as a consultative partner to fleet clients by helping them understand EV transition, charging strategy, depot planning, route-based charging, operating cost, and implementation roadmap
• Contract & Documentation Management • Prepare, review, and negotiate term sheets, commercial proposals, service agreements, charging agreements, lease agreements, MOUs, and related contract documents.
• Client Relationship Management • Own and manage relationships with key fleet clients, strategic accounts, landlords, partners, and decision makers.
• Market & Operational Understanding • Understand logistics operations, fleet movement, charging behavior, transport hubs, depot operations, and route economics.
• Internal Coordination & Project Handover • Coordinate with engineering, project management, operations, finance, legal, and customer service teams to move projects from commercial stage to implementation.

• Strong business development and deal-closing capability.
• Ability to generate leads, build pipeline, negotiate, and convert opportunities into signed contracts
• Strong understanding of fleet operation, logistics flow, depot planning, and transport route behavior.
• Ability to identify fleet charging hotspots and evaluate location potential.
• Strong feasibility study, commercial analysis, and business case development skills.
• Good understanding of EV charging business models, charger utilization, electricity cost, pricing structure, and investment return.
