หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Expertise in Italian cuisine: Knowledge of traditional ingredients like pasta, cheese, tomatoes, olive oil, herbs, and spices used in Italian cooking.
• Pasta making: Ability to make homemade pasta and understand different types, such as spaghetti, fettuccine, and ravioli, along with choosing the appropriate sauces.
• Pizza making: Skills in making pizza dough, baking at the right temperature, and selecting complementary ingredients.
• Sauce preparation: Familiarity with key Italian sauces like pesto, tomato sauce, cream sauce, and béchamel.
• Kitchen management: Knowledge of how to manage kitchen staff, delegate tasks, and maintain food quality standards.
• Cleanliness and hygiene: Understanding of kitchen hygiene regulations and the ability to maintain cleanliness in the workspace.

• Proficient in English communication
• Thai nationality with prior experience as a Chef de Partie or Head Chef
• Strong cooking skills and a solid understanding of Italian cuisine
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of food hygiene standards
• Flexible with working hours, able to work on weekends, evenings, or rotate days off
• Proficient in basic Excel and cost control file management
