Manage the overall operations of the Italian restaurant, including staff, customer service, and food quality.
Plan and allocate resources such as inventory, supplies, and staffing effectively.
Maintain and improve service standards while addressing customer complaints promptly.
Schedule and supervise staff, providing guidance and support for skill development.
Monitor costs and budgets, analyze sales performance, and prepare operational reports.
Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met in accordance with health regulations.
Build strong customer relationships and promote the restaurant's branding and marketing efforts.
Assist in creating promotions, events, and local partnerships.
Conduct regular team briefings, one-on-ones, and performance reviews.
Lead by example to maintain a positive, inclusive, high-energy culture.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related fields.
At least 2-3 years of experience as a restaurant manager (experience in Italian cuisine is a plus).
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills in Thai and English.
Knowledge of cost management, inventory control, and food quality assurance.
Familiarity with health and safety standards in the food and beverage industry.
Passionate about customer service and capable of working under pressure.
Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with POS, scheduling, and basic financials.
Prior experience working in fast paced casual restaurants / franchises / hotels / craft beer bars & pubs
Passion for craft beer, food, and hospitality.
