1.Management and implement to improve the efficiency logistics process including warehouse and inventory management
2.Control export process concern customs/export procedures to ensure smooth product delivery
3.Lead the negotiate and management of operations contracts with logistics suppliers and performance review
4.Monitor operation and partner with logistics provider to continuous improvement and ensure successful logistics KPI
5.People Leadership and direct management of the warehouse and export team provide knowledge, advice ,direction and feedback on a daily basis to build team
