Technical Sales Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• To undertake pre-sales technical promotion, technical communication, project technical bidding and after-sales support work for international operator customers.
• Assist the sales manager to analyses the technical requirements of target customers and to plan precise marketing and technical project activities.
• To undertake bid response work for international projects, organizes internal product, R&D and support teams to prepare and deliver bid response files, and organizes the clarification of RFI/RFP responses.
• To organize the preparation and delivery of tender documents, organize clarification and response to RFI/RFP, and participate in the product configuration and delivery of the project.
• Be responsible for the preparation and review of technical benchmarking materials and proposals for the company's international projects, organize technical marketing for websites, forums and media, and participate in international online and offline exhibitions.
• Organize technical marketing activities on websites, forums and media, participate in international online and offline exhibitions, and undertake quality improvement tasks for technical marketing work.
• Assist the product development team in defining the technical development trend of the company's products, analyzing the competitive advantages of the industry, accurately guiding the technical needs of customers in the market, and cultivating market opportunities.

• More than three years of experience in international marketing and pre-sales technical support positions for 4G/5G terminal products in the telecommunication industry, with professional technical competence in electronic communication.
• Ability to learn and recognize 5G technology and MBB product technology.
• Understand the technical marketing work content, familiar with the technical team to establish contact with customers, promote communication, in-depth technical requirements discussion work method
• Be familiar with the methods of establishing contact with customer technical teams, facilitating communication and discussing technical requirements, and have the ability to study and research professional communication technologies.
• Understand the technical work requirements and work habits of international operator customers, and match the work requirements of Tier 1/2 mid-range and high-tier operator customers.
• The ability to travel and undertake assignments overseas independently; ability and experience in handling high pressure and emergency situations.
• The ability to communicate in English and write tenders.
• Adequate technical professional attitude.
