Site Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Study all project information and drawings to understand the design and detailing, ensure site construct according to the approved shop drawings
• Work closely with Project Manager and sub-contractors to ensure on time delivery within budget and with good quality of works
• Plan the sub-contractors works in a proper sequence to avoid unnecessary abortive work or disputes
• Coordinate and attend to landlord’s queries or requirements
• Site management to ensure proper control of the cleanliness and work safety
• Conduct site surveys during various stages such as pre-condition, site walk, handover, and defect rectification etc.
• Daily update of site progress and prepare weekly progress report for PM
• Provide necessary support to team whenever necessary or any other ad-hoc duty by superior

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Strong technical knowledge in construction/interior works
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in this industry
• Self-motivated and with a strong sense of ownership
• Problem solving and conflict resolution skill
• Able to communicate in English will be an added advantage
