Product Manager (WMS)

• Job Overview: The WMS (Warehouse Management System) Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of a company's warehouse management system software. You will be responsible for defining and executing product strategies that will drive growth and profitability for the company's WMS software. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute the product roadmap for the WMS software. • Gather and analyze customer needs and market trends to identify new features and functionalities to be added to the WMS software. • Work closely with the development team to define product requirements and ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure the product is meeting customer needs and achieving business goals. • Monitor the performance of the WMS software and identify areas for improvement and optimization. • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to ensure the WMS software is competitive and meets industry standards. • Work with the sales team to create product messaging and positioning that resonates with target customers. • Develop pricing strategies and revenue models for the WMS software. • Create and maintain product documentation, including user manuals, release notes, and technical specifications. • Provide training and support to internal teams and customers on the WMS software.

• • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field. • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the software industry. • Experience with warehouse management systems or supply chain management software is highly preferred. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Fast learner with natural curiosity and a hunger for learning more. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. • Experience with product management tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps is a plus.
