1) Safe and compliant operation in strict application of group HSE policy and procedures 2) Accountability and leadership on HSE related issues within SEQENS Bangpoo organization, including communication, notification to management and reporting 3) Durable environmental and safety site permitting including certification preparation and communication with authority 4) Regulatory watch and HSE regulatory compliance 5) Develop, maintain, and monitor the implementation of HSE safety culture strategy 6) Guarantor of the HSE management system including site audits, annual HSE plan and follow-up in collaboration with Managing Director Mission 1 : Workshop Safety To be a guarantor/ coach/ trainer on safety work practices with SEQENS HSE policy and standards Mission 2 : HSE management system To maintain and improve HSE management system, including KPI monitoring, reporting and communication. To perform the necessary analysis to ensure compliance of SEQENS Bangpoo at any time

Thai national plus dual Thai-English language required – incumbent will interact with Thai occupation health and regulatory authorities as well as local supplier/contractors. Must be able to quality and certify as “safety Officer for Executive” –level as per governmental regulations. Minimum bachelor’s degree in Science (Occupational Health and Safety) or Engineering field, preferably Industrial or Chemical Engineering with HSE knowledge. Minimum 5 years of industry experience safety management within chemical/industrial manufacturing environment(s)
