In-Process Control Chemist (IPC)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Purpose of the position: In-process control chemist (IPC chemist) is a specific chemist, whose analyze a sample during to the manufacturing step. The tests are now the most widely used tests/criteria in order to monitor and if necessary to adjust the progress of the manufacturing and/or to ensure that the intermediate or API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) conforms to its specification. Main missions: • Mission 1 : Sampling and Testing of sample during to the manufacturing step : - To perform sampling and physical and chemical analysis of In-process material and in-process stream. - To maintain the analytical activities and analytical datas with procedure in place and ALCOA+ principle. - To investigate any laboratory error and conclude the product/test compliance with rational approach (OOS process). - To prepare the chemical test solutions and volumetric solutions and ensure all chemical substances, reagents, standards, test solutions and volumetric solutions are compliance and suitable for use. - To perform and maintain the calibration and preventive maintenance of laboratory equipment. • Mission 2 : Assist QC Lab Supervisor and Chief of QC : - To assist in the development or validate of the new or modified analytical test methods. - To assist and support the test for product quality complaints issue, Deviation investigation, Process validation, Cleaning validation, etc. - To assist in new laboratory equipment qualification and/or periodic requalification. • Mission 3: HSE Specific Accountabilities: - To work properly the day-to-day operations activities regarding HSE. - To implement following to Laboratory Safety and the HSE programs.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Chemical Science or related field 2. Able to communicate English 3. Computer skill 4. Experience in QC function, pharmaceutical or GMP industry would be advantage 5. Able to work on shift
