หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Recruitment
• 1. Ensure appropriate, accurate and up to date Org Chart and JDs in place for all staff
• 2. Responsible for manpower monthly report
• 3. Identify complete job specs, assist to arrange and co-panel interview for recruitment process
• 4. Designs the selection for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment sources
• 5. Offer salary to candidates and handle contract up to Senior Manager level
• Payroll Process
• 6. Responsible for monthly payroll operation
• 7. Salary, SSF and PVD Payment up to VP level
• HR Data
• 8. To set up and maintain essential data on employees up to Vice President level
• 9. Design, generation and update of essential HR documentation for managers and employees
• HR Administration
• 10. Set up, implement, maintain , improve all HR administrative work e.g. HRIS, SocSec Fund, Employment contract, Salary payment

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
• 2. Minimum 10 years experience in HR management and leadership roles
• 3. Service-minded, strategic thinker, a good communicator with excellent interpersonal and people management skills, Computer literacy
• 4. Excellent communication in both Thai and English.
