Manager, System Development

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking system development projects related to core insurance operations (e.g., policy administration, claims processing, underwriting).
• Monitor project milestones and prepare progress reports for senior management.
• Support the Head of System Development in day-to-day operations, including meeting preparation, documentation, and follow-ups.
• Help coordinate cross-functional collaboration between IT and business units.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system architecture, development processes, and project status.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
• Liaise with internal departments (e.g., underwriting, claims, finance) to gather requirements and feedback.
• Assist in managing relationships with external vendors and technology partners.
• Contribute to the implementation of best practices in software development, testing, and deployment.
• Support quality assurance activities and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT project coordination, business analysis, or system development support, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of system development lifecycle (SDLC) and insurance operations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
