Executive, Human Resource (Training and Development)

• You will join a business driven HR Team and be tasked with running MSIG's various HRD programs, including talent management and succession planning (general staff), conducting training needs analysis and delivering training program aligned with the company's business needs. You will also use your strong interpersonal skills to drive various company activities in order to maintain healthy staff engagement levels

• <ul> <li><samp>Have a least five-ten years experience ina hands on value driven HRD role</samp></li> <li><samp>Are a gradute form reputable university in any field</samp></li> <li><samp>Demonstrate excellent communication skills in both English and Thai, both written and spoken, as well as training and presentation skells</samp></li> <li><samp>Desire to fast track yourself into an HR management role</samp></li> </ul>
