หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Provide direction and leadership for plant operations including: Extraction of Cannabis, Manufacturing of final products, Packing, Quality Operations, R&D, Materials Management, Technical Services, Engineering and EHS.
• Establishing workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product safety or integrity.
• Develop and execute operating plans that lead to the achievement of the company goals.
• Communicating any problems or obstacles to senior management.
• Able to adjust output capacity, flexibility according to the uncertain situation.
• Supervise the preparation of operating procedures and related documents to define methods, criteria and requirements related to production, engineering and R&D work in accordance with the quality system.
• Responsibility to manage the production budget and plans to maximize profitability.
• Review the overall production processes and procedure to ensure they operate at highest possible efficiency.
• Review operations performance and trigger corrective actions and improvement.
• Manage accurate inventory and ensure proper storage of received raw materials /API /excipients and finished products.
• Manage engineering function to ensure the safety, capability and efficiency of facility / utilities and equipment.
• Develop and maintain an effective organization through effective selection, training, leadership and management.
• Develop and support operational excellence across all functions – including continuous improvement and lean manufacturing.
• Ensure ethics and integrity through compliance / risk management.
• Create, establish and maintain an environment that encourages teamwork, empowerment and commitment.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Doctor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Industrial Pharmacy or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing of pharmaceuticalproducts, or cosmeceutical products.
• 5+ years of experience in a Plant Manager position or equivalent or have at least 8 years of experience as a Production Manager.
• Knowledge of PIC/s GMP and quality requirements related to pharmaceuticals including ICH, ASEAN Guideline.
• Knowledge of quality management system (ISO 9001), Occupational health and safety management systems (ISO 45001) and environmental management systems (ISO 14001).
• Knowledge of extraction of phytoactive compounds from herbal plants.
• Good knowledge and skills in planning and Result Based Management.
• Good knowledge and skills in information technology and Digital Literacy.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking with interpersonal skills.
• Excellent command of English Language
