Sales Executive – Food Microbiology Diagnostics

• Sales & Business Development: Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) laboratories across the food and beverage manufacturing sector, whilst maximizing revenue from existing accounts.
• Commercial & Product Strategy: Conduct market sizing, execute rigorous competitor analysis, and establish strategic product positioning to optimize market penetration and secure commercial advantages.
• Technical Consultation: Provide expert, consultative technical guidance to clients on food safety solutions, demonstrating a profound understanding of both conventional culture media and alternative methods, including Molecular techniques (qPCR, MDS) and ELISA-based techniques (e.g., VIDAS).
• Key Account Management: Establish, nurture, and sustain robust long-term relationships with major domestic enterprises and key market players within the agricultural and food processing industries.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Technical Support, Application Specialists, and Marketing teams to deliver comprehensive, end-to-end food safety solutions that align with clients' stringent regulatory compliance and quality standards.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Microbiology, Food Science, Biotechnology, or a closely related scientific discipline.
• 3–5 years of proven sales, business development, or commercial experience within microbiology diagnostics, food safety solutions, or industrial laboratory environments.
• Prior career history with leading industry peers is highly advantageous.
• emonstrated experience in Business Development, Commercial Strategy, or Product Strategy roles.
• Comprehensive understanding of the microbiology testing market, encompassing conventional workflows and alternative/rapid diagnostic methodologies.
• Deep technical proficiency in Molecular techniques (qPCR, Molecular Detection System / MDS) and ELISA techniques (specifically systems like VIDAS).
• Profound insight into customer behaviours, operational pain points, and workflows within QA/QC laboratories in food manufacturing plants.
• Preferred Attribute: Established network and successful track record handling major Key Accounts within the Thai food sector.
