Assistant Facility manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Monitor the delivery of all services to ensure that they meet the agreed delivery
• Responsible for administrative task and support for internal and external projects.
• Inspect all cleaning works, security operation and set plan for further improvement.
• Receive, follow up and record about complaints of incidents.
• Assist in the procurement of vendors and services as required
• Assist and monitor to ensure all building procedures and performance measures are maintained at all times.
• Assist in the Facility Manager of all contractors on site ensuring they perform to the required standards
• Assist in the procurement of vendors and services as required.
• Seek ways to constantly reduce costs and improve operational standards.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field
• At least 1 year experience in real estate service
• Must be self-motivated, responsible and able to build a team.
