หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Establish and maintain good relationships with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Handle local purchasing requests and prepare purchase orders (PO) accurately.
• Compare and evaluate quotations to ensure competitive prices and quality.
• Negotiate contract terms, prices, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Plan and monitor delivery timelines, ensuring goods arrive on time.
• Maintain supplier and item information in the purchasing system.
• Monitor and maintain stock levels of regular-use supplies.
• Prepare and update price comparison reports for management approval.
• Inspect and verify goods received to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Perform other purchasing-related tasks as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of purchasing processes and vendor management.
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
• Organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Service-minded and able to work under pressure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related fields.
