• Understand clients’ requirements almost all aspect to set the persona of candidates. • Source applicants through external websites or third parties and seek Applicants’ suitability and qualities through interviews. • Create candidate resumes with interviewed details in our format to let them get a chance to be interviewed. • Support the candidate during the whole recruitment process. • Maintain relationships with candidates, sometimes motivate and encourage the candidate to apply in the opportunity. • Collaborate with the internal business development team. • Meet and exceed assigned individual KPIs and revenue targets. • Perform any similar duties as required.

• Bachelor’s Degree in field • At least 1+ years of recruitment field with proven track records. • Strong ownership and boldness to challenge any difficulties. • Strong customer-oriented mind and result oriented mind. • Good computer literacy (MS office/Word/PowerPoint) • Good Command in English • Basic knowledge in IT or Accounting or other specific field is a plus.
