Responsibilities: • Research and build relationships with new clients • Engage and maintain excellent relationships with existing and potential clients • Understanding clients’ businesses and identifying their recruitment needs • Understanding the job requirements and sourcing, screening matching suitable candidates to appropriate roles, negotiating offer terms of an agreement and placing candidates successfully • Follow up and give feedback to the Talent Advisor team about the status of the candidate’s interview • Plan and work with the team to develop business proposals that speak to the clients’ needs, concerns, and objectives • Meet and exceed assigned individual KPIs and revenue targets • Perform other related duties as required.
