หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop and implement a robust floorplan financing strategy that aligns with business objectives and meets the evolving needs of our dealer network.
• Collaborate with relevant departments and the company to streamline floorplan processes, improve efficiency, and minimize risks.
• Drive the development and implementation of integrated floorplan systems to ensure accurate data flow, real-time reporting, and effective decision-making.
• Oversee the daily operations of floorplan sales, ensuring smooth execution, adherence to policies, and proactive identification of improvement opportunities.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and supervision to the floorplan management team, fostering a high-performing and collaborative work environment.
• Cultivate strong relationships with dealers and the company to enhance communication, foster trust, and drive mutual success.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance or related field
• Age 35-45 years old
• At least 5 years in role of Floorplan financing business (Captive finance is a plus)
• Understanding auto loan business and having logical thinking to balance risk and profit
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem solving skill
• Excellent in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Presentation
• Able to go to up-counter for business trip purpose
• Good command in English both written and communication (Available English test score will be an advantage)
