หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Responsible for preparing online banking orders and documents, and registering bank statements on a timely manner; 2. Responsible for invoicing, organizing original receipts and keeping accounts; 3. Responsible for checking warehouse and logistics costs at the beginning of each month, and keeing accounts; 4. Print bank statements by the end of each month to check the bank balance, to ensure that the account is consistent; 5. Complete invoicing orders from various marketplaces, and organizing data and keep accounts; 6. Complete the customs goods into the warehouse, out of the warehouse and other related matters; 7. Docking account bank, responsible for organizing, binding, filing bookkeeping vouchers; 8. Responsible for docking local financial audit on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis to complete the tax application matters; 9. Any ad-hoc work needed or requested by the team.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. Have finance audit certificate, be able to audit and sign the company‘financial documents; 2. A bachelor degree or above, with an accounting or financial management related major; 3. 1-2 years of working experience; Related experiences in E-commerce is a plus; 4. Familiar with local accounting softwares and office applications; 5. Conscientious and careful, strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit; Shows good Initiatives; 6. Proficiency in Thai and English; Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
