Data Architecture & Modeling: Design and maintain layered data structures, master data, fact and dimension models, data marts, and Power BI semantic models. Define data grain, keys, relationships, business rules, and metric definitions to create a consistent single source of truth across sell-out, workforce, client, and financial data.
Automation & Data Pipeline Development: Build and improve repeatable data pipelines using SQL, Power Query, Python, Excel, and SharePoint/OneDrive sources. Replace high-risk manual steps with controlled processes that include validation, error logging, refresh procedures, documentation, and recovery or rerun capability.
Business Intelligence & Data Governance: Develop decision-ready Power BI dashboards and reusable measures aligned with approved KPI definitions. Establish data-quality gates, access controls, refresh monitoring, documentation, and release standards; investigate root causes when figures conflict instead of applying report-level workarounds.
Technical Leadership & Team Development: Translate business priorities into an actionable technical roadmap, review solutions produced by junior analysts, and coach the team in data modeling, SQL, automation, visualization, and documentation. Partner with IT and business owners, create reusable templates, and ensure every critical process has a trained backup owner.

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is also considered.
At least 4 years of relevant experience in business intelligence, data analytics, analytics engineering, data automation, or a closely related role, including ownership of production or recurring data solutions.
Strong SQL and data-modeling skills, including practical experience with star schema, fact and dimension tables, grain, keys, relationships, and reusable transformation logic.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and Excel skills, with working proficiency in Python for data processing, automation, validation, or integration tasks.
Demonstrated ability to design maintainable pipelines with data-quality checks, logging, documentation, controlled refresh, and troubleshooting procedures.
Strong business communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to translate ambiguous requirements into clear definitions, technical designs, and decision-ready outputs.
Hands-on coaching mindset, structured problem-solving ability, strong ownership, and willingness to build team capability rather than retain knowledge as a single-person dependency.
