Application Engineer

• Job Description: The AE, Application Engineers ensures that the recommended products and design meet all of the customer requirements. In addition, the AE also helps to create market awareness and market for new products and services to the customer. 1. Increase sales, margin, and market awareness of Bossard 2. Provide pre & post sales technical and sales support to customers 3. Solving customer’s application issues 4. Handling of customer technical enquiries and requirements 5. Plan and conduct technical presentations to customers 6. Work closely with customer R & D departments and design engineers to establish Bossard’s products into customer’s specification 7. Develop prints & documents meeting customer agreed specification 8. Conduct technical training and attend to technical issues for internal staff 9. Generate monthly activity and status reports. Qualifications: 1. Thai, Male or Female, age between 25-30 years old. 2. Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineer, or any related field. 3. Have experience at least 2 years in industrial products or industrial process. 4. Results driven and process initiative to organize work independently. 5. Customer focused and having skill selling, negotiation and communication skills. 6. Good command in English both oral and written.
