CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Ensure successful movement of cargo from origin to destination to fulfill customer’s and vendor’s satisfaction
• Keep clear communication with the customers and vendors
• Assure all freight forwarding activities abide by all government laws and regulations at origin and destination, and all necessary reports and records are complete, timely, and accurate
• Coordinate all necessary deliveries while following the guidelines
• Assist departments’ sales effort to achieve the goals for new sales and customer retention
• Maintain strong product knowledge and provide support to the sales team
• Process accurate billing within necessary period

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Good typing skills
• Descent English skills (e.g. reading, writing)
• Mental abilities (e.g., visual observation and identification, mental rotation)
• Interpersonal skills (e.g., customer service, dependability)
• Knowledge of basic arithmetic and mathematics
• Attention to detail and organization skills
• Ability to follow instructions from supervisor
• Ability to work as an effective team member
• Office skills including file maintenance, basic computer knowledge, answering telephone quickly and ability to multi-task.
