Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for each brand and retail store within the company to support and promote sales, considering market trends and target audiences to ensure sustainable growth.
Conduct market research to gather and analyze consumer data, market trends, competitor analysis, and external factors.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including product launches, trade shows, special promotions, and more.
Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively, overseeing online and offline advertising purchases.
Prepare marketing reports using relevant metrics and data, such as sales figures and customer satisfaction levels.
Manage and collaborate with other departments within the organization, including Sales, Operations, and Finance.

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentation skills to effectively communicate marketing plans and strategies to teams and stakeholders.
Project management skills to manage own and team workloads effectively.
Interest, knowledge, or passion for fashion is a plus.
