หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - To working for M&A roles : step to study, analysis the target company and define the potentials way for due. Ensure for all HR system and set up the transactions plan, to be a lead for HR integration team.
• - To work for international HR : coordinates with operations, corporate functions and country HR to successfully on-board international assignees; and ensure clear communication and understanding of all international assignment policies and guidelines; works with company-designated relocation services provider throughout the employee relocation process; take care and support for international activities.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor or higher in HRM, HRD, Business Administration, Economics or related fields. 
• - At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in HRM, HRD, international HR or business development term.
• - Good planning and organizing, coordination and communication skill, problem solving and achievement driven.
